The menus on the main form allow you to use the other features of UserTime.
The menus are:
This hides UserTime. You can activate it again from the icon in the user notification area (system tray).
This closes UserTime. You should only close UserTime if you don't want to record time any longer. UserTime must be left running in the background if you want to keep a record of your active time on the computer.
The reports menu is a convenient way to run the UserTime Reports program. You can also run this directly from the Start Menu on your computer. If you run reports from this menu it will automatically open the data file that UserTime is currently recording data in.
Every time you click on the stopwatch menu a new stopwatch is created. Each new stopwatch is a stand-alone stopwatch that you can stop and start as required. See stopwatches for a more detailed explanation on how to use stopwatches.
You can open as many stopwatches as you want, however we advise against opening hundreds of stopwatches because each stopwatch uses resource on your computer.
Selecting options opens the Options screen. This allows you to alter configuration settings for UserTime.
